Doctors without Borders Has an Opening for a Radiologist

Doctors without Borders (Medecins Sans Frontieres) has an immediate opening for a radiologist who can support and implement the following key recommendations as part of a program to implement the "Diagnostic Strategy 2008-2010." * Ultrasound for diagnosis in hospitals where Doctors without Borders supports obstetrics, gynecology and or surgical programs; * X-ray in TB/HIV programs; and * X-ray in all surgical programs with an orthopedic focus The position would report to the International Medical Coordinator and would support the translation of the recommendations from the Diagnostic Strategy Report into action. The assignment would start in September 2008 and would be full-time for six months with a possible extension. The position will be based in one of the medical departments in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona or Geneva. For additional information about the position click here.
