why don't we start some kind of contests about the cases ??
the case image and some clinical data..and open up for diagnosis..everybody write his/her opinion and after 5 days you publish the diagnosis..

so great to have 520 members..the questions is..where are they ??
check everyday activities and discussions..you won't find more than 20 or 25 persons actually share their moments..
we need an action to attract the other 500 who signed up..and just forgot about radRounds..
