Description:
Fundamentals are the name of the game in imaging to produce quality and consistent images. Radiation protection, consistent exposures and positioning are the “bread and butter “skills needed to produce quality images. Repeats due to positioning errors increases patient exposure, cost of the procedure and decreases efficiency. Today’s patients want to be assured they are receiving the best exam possible with the least amount of exposure. Join us for a day of learning that will provide you with the most updated information in radiation protection and a comprehensive review of the science of positioning. You will have an opportunity to share “tricks of the trade” on practical positioning applications and participate in image critique and analysis of good film vs. bad film.
