Description:
This new course provides physicians with the best opportunity to enhance their skills at reading Orthopaedic MRI. The instructor will carefully explore numerous cases with the group in a format that closely emulates the clinical setting and offers time for reflection and real-time peer insight. This two-day course consists of 80 percent case review/discussion and 20 percent didactic lecture.
This course will provide practical approaches and state-of-the-art updates to interpreting wrist, hand, finger, ankle, foot, toe, elbow, shoulder, hip, and knee joint MRI exams. The program includes anatomy and mechanisms of injury, and such representative topics as osteomyelitis in the diabetic foot, neoplasms, detailed shoulder and hip labral interpretation, and hip femoroacetabular impingement.
