Progressive untreatble anemia in pt. affected by gatric cancer who underwent partial gastrectomy one year ago......diagnosis please! I don't want to tell you more about clinical datas!

Cool case... there is a lesion in the left kidney.. hypodense, perhaps there is a metastatic lesion resulting in hemorrhage due to vascular involvement possibly? I am probably way off!

Hi Gloria, nice to meet you! i'm sorry but no renal lesion! yuo probably refer to a caliceal dilatation in the left kydney;not a significant finding. There is no evidence of renal hemorrhage in the phase without contrast
