Can anybody give me the key answer for:
appearance of ct brain with contrast .
how can I identify the edema - tumour for example?

Differential diagnosis definitely includes a neoplasm (malignant) with significant surrounding vasogenic edema. May be glioma. Not sure if there is calcification but do you have a pre-contrast image? An evolving intraparenchymal hemorrhage may also be on the differential. Any other clinical history or imaging?
The edema is the hypodense regions (darker regions surrounding the rounded hyperdense/enhancing structure) FYI
