Kara - Thanks but when I try to add these to my iTunes podcast list, I get an error that says "The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store."

Hi Michael - in response to your inquiry, our team did some research and added a directory of radiology podcasts... we didn't find too many more but will keep a keen eye out for more radiology podcasts. A notable one with extensive educational related material is the LearningRadiology radiology podcast list -- very well done.

It's over 6 months since I first posted this, and I think the two best podcasts are LearningRadiology.com and CTisUS. It is a shame that none of the big organizations have made any of the lectures given at their annual meetings available as podcasts...a huge missed opportunity here...
