Hi Ignacio! Nice to meet you... I looked at your case... It is a strange looking tumor--my ddx: multiple myeloma or treated bone lesion within marrow (metastatic lesion)--probably will need a biopsy to be sure. Any other history? -Jane

Looks medullary spread of tumour - what type of nuclear studies were done?
