Try CTisUs for some great MDCT stuff by Fishman from Johns Hopkins. Hmm, as far as books, nothing good so far... nothing that I know at least. Let me know if you find anything... the requisites for Cardiac is okay but a bit too basic and some old school material. We should write one :)

ABBARA & WALKER Diagnostic Imaging: Cardiovascular (A new book that was released in 2008)... ABBARA is at Massachusetts General Hospital, Cardiovascular Imaging Division--a great teacher and a great writer so check it out.
