Well working at the airport I have seen similar images, they have all turned out to be Boxes of cereal like raisin Bran, frosted flakes, corn flakes, or total. It does look more like Raisin Bran though.

It appears to be a blood slide more than an x-ray. I would guess it's MRSA wound.
