RBMA Appoints Gail Schwartz of trg Marketing Works to Marketing Subcommittee

York, PA (October 29, 2009)--Gail Schwartz, healthcare category manager with trg Marketing Works, a York-based marketing, advertising, and public relations agency with a core specialty in radiology practices, has been appointed to the Marketing Subcommittee of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), the leading organization for radiology practice management professionals.

Among the responsibilities of the subcommittee is determining the content, speakers, and direction for RBMA's Marketing Educational Summit held annually, in the spring.

"I'm honored and excited that RBMA has entrusted me with a role in shaping their professional education programs in practice marketing," said Schwartz. "It has always been a pleasure to be involved with RBMA during my years in healthcare marketing, and I look forward to the challenges of this new appointment."

Schwartz joined Marketing Works in 2008 following 14 years of healthcare and agency marketing experience, including positions with health systems such as Hershey Medical Center and Lancaster General, as well as work in local advertising agencies. She has gained extensive experience over her career in planning and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives for entire organizations and specialty service lines.

Her work has been recognized by Aster Awards and the Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards from Healthcare Marketing Report, and featured in Healthcare Marketing Report, Strategic Health Care Marketing, and Physician Referral & Health Information Update.
