A new patient-friendly MRI is unveiled...

St. John’s Regional Medical Center recently unveiled a new MRI machine which is built to counteract almost all the common complaints with MRI testing.



The new equipment is from Toshiba in the market since eight months ago. The large opening or “bore” is quieter than all the previous machines, and also provides more detailed imaging as it does not use the intravenous dye to which many people are allergic.
