You would do to me a big favor?. Could you tell me, if the 2 images are sufficient , how to characterize the low density zones (arrows): due to the normal fat deposition ,due to fat transformation of a healed MI which the history of the patient reports? or to the underperfused myocardium? (I think that the apical thrombus is real).
