NG Tube in Right Mainstem bronchus - needs repositioning!

chest x.ray:

-Unwell patient position.

-NGT seen with the right main bronchus related to filure of intubation.

-Mild right lung opacity is seen at the lower zone related to air bronchogram which denoting the aspirated pneumonia.

-White opacity is seen in the right lung adjacent to right cardiac border which silhoutting with right heart border extend along the right sided from cardio-phrenic angle upwards to the right peri-trachial strip,that could be related to unwell position of ptient,,,or SVC and IVC congestion.

-Free both costophrenic angles.

-verage cardiac size and configeration in the transvere diameter.

-Normal appearance of bony structures, no fracture line is seen.

according to my opinion if i m not wrong the person is having dextrocardia
