Double barium swallowing showed:-

-streak line is seen in the upper end of oesophagus.

-enlarged and archeteture distortion of the valleculae,,epiglotis,,,and piriform fossae,,with stasis some amount of barium,,with compression on the anterior wall of the oesophagus.

-No pre-verebral space soft tissue masses is seen.

-Straightening of the cervical spines could be related to muscular spasm .

-all above mentioned consistans with pharyngeal mass(bscess or carcinoma) according to history of the patient.
