Dear Giuseppe thank you very much for your prompt help, I am happy you confirmed that it is an artifact.
I did not found the span class="hps">oral milk-jodine solution> in the Google , could you suggest me some address in the interned to find this material and the technic you suggest?

Hi.
You could avoid this artifact with a good bowel preparation or with "oral milk-jodine solution" before CT ileal enterography and successive Virtual Endoscopy.
