You are right Dr Bilal abdominal masses usually are created by lymphadenopathy but in this case there is only infiltration of the small bowel, an infiltrative type of lymphoma. Thanks for the comment. If you want I'll post a file of GI lymphoma from my own files for you like the one you had for the cystoid intestinal pneumatosis, just let me know.

Non Hodgkins Lymphoma usually presents with abdominal masses.Is it some form of Non hodgkins lymphoma Dr Saeed?Anyhow thanks for the case.
