Ultrasonography reveals an anechoic oval lesion over the major pectoralis muscle. There is not hyperemia.
The bilateral similar findings, the absence of inflammatory signs ant the image suggest breast hypertrophy . Differential diagnosis should include mastitis and abcsess.
