Extensive breast cancer

Axial T2-FS weighted image shows the left breast enlarged, the known centrally located mass is not discerned but it has intermedius signal, the skin is thicken.
Axial post contrast T1-weighted image shows an extensive enhancing infiltrative mass , additional enhancing nodules are seen in different quadrants .
