Hi guys...Right for the stylid processes,and roight for compression / obstructive / stenotic process.
Is a well-defined syndrome due to compression of the ICAs during head flexion.
I'll add some other images.

But...GIVE DIAGNOSIS PLEASE !!!

Great job yet again with the 3Ds! Beautiful images of this CTA!! Interesting point Eugene, I think you may be right.. perhaps there is some sort of compression / obstructive / stenotic process involving bilateral carotids due to the styloids...

Are those prominent styloid processes or am i mistaken?
