I have them but they don't tell much...We had to revise the examination twice before we made diagnosis, following vascular surgeon's suggestions. However, here come the MIP's !

Sorry Alessandro, but both vessels are patent. Look at the first image from left, there is an asimmetry in contrast agent distribution.

Occlusion of the right vertebral artery and/or internal carotid artery.
