Yes, it was a MAV. We had to revise the case twice, the patient also had a MRA...it was very tough even for us, we finally made the diagnosis along with a vascular surgeon !!

Sorry for the first anwer but I don't have a lot of confidence with VR recons like that. In addition, there was overlap between veins and arteries. Anyway, it seems to be a MAV.
