could be infective endocarditis or placental emboli
Thanks, may be you are right but as i indicated that patient had dilated cardiomyopathy on echocardiography and also previous three histories of abortions so all these findings could be because of some underlying developmental cardiac disorders which gets aggravated during pregnancy.I shall try to send you the images of this case and then we can have further diiscussion on it.
Any images? could be ischemic or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy. Any evidence of pulm HTN?
