Hi Dr. Choy, Thank you for the invite to join the RSNA group. We have had a booth there the past two years. I put up some pictures of it on our Med Exchange fan page on Facebook.

I invite anyone to take a look and if you want to be a fan - you can see what type of systems we may have available. Please feel free to email me about any questions! Thanks, Davyn

I saw an interesting case today who came to our department for CT angiopgraphy of the right upper limb. Can,t show the images right now .She was a female of 22 yrs who had swollen right arm with completely thrombosed rt upper limb veins and also thrombosed right brachial artery and distal branches in the forearm. She also had evidence of pulmonary embolism and alveolar shadowing in the upper lobe of rightt lung.On detail history she delivered 3 months back and also had history of previous three abortions and had similar complaints after one of the previous abortions. Her echocardiography showed Dilated cardiomyopathy with ejection fraction of 35% what could have caused all this?
