My name is Toni and thank you for allowing me to be apart of the group. I have a question prior of beginning the discussion - Is there a format we must follow in the discussion of the topics? I try to find an example of a discussion to understand the format prior of jumping into the discussion. I do not want to seem over eager or an under achiever whereas I would like to be on the same sheet of music as the group. This is my first time participating. Therefore, I am looking for a little guidance from the veterans of the group.
Very interesting case!!
Theoritically only, i know about an entity called choroidal cyst which is very rare and i ve never saw how it really looks like.
Alternativelly could it be a totally amelanotic choroidal melanoma? Amelanotic and slightly melanotic melanomas do not show the same signal intensity characteristics as melanotic ones.Instead, the signal in these lesions may appear isointense on T1-weighted images and only slightly hypointense on T2-weighted images with very little enhancement
I cant think of anything else at the moment.
