MEETING DESCRIPTION:
By integrating experts in Imaging, Orthopaedics, and Rehabilitation, this course provides an unusual opportunity for participants to learn about the most current concepts in Sports Medicine. The program balances imaging and clinical issues. A major focus is the correlation of MR findings with clinical diagnoses and operative treatments. Speakers will combine practical, in-depth reviews of joint structures and injuries with the latest advances in MR interpretation, orthopaedic management and rehabilitation. During breaks, speakers will be available for questions and consultation.

Objectives

• Update participants on current developments in Sports Medicine

• Provide advanced knowledge about MR interpretation

• Correlate imaging findings with operative results and rehab protocols

• Improve understanding of joint biomechanics and traumatic injury

• Integrate Orthopaedic management and rehabilitation principles
