Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for Sonographers
November 18-19, 2011

Who Should Attend:
The program is designed for sonographers who currently perform general ultrasound imaging and who need to be able to perform musculoskeletal exams of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and knee.

Program Description:
This course provides sonographers with a comprehensive introduction to musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging of the major joints. On the first day of the course each joint is presented in a lecture followed by a live demonstration of scanning techniques. A supervised hands-on session on Saturday morning provides each participant with opportunity to complete a full examination based on a standard protocol.

CME Credits and Tuition:
This program is approved for 10 hours of AMA Category 1 credit.
