Musculoskeletal Imaging - Mixing Sun, Sand and Knowledge: Hot Topics and Burning Issues by the Beach

COURSE PURPOSE:
This course will review state of the art Musculoskeletal Imaging techniques, with lectures geared toward a practical, problem-solving approach to musculoskeletal conditions.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
• Review anatomic features of the extremity joints on MRI and differentiate from pathological processes.
• Review MRI appearance of sports injuries.
• Discuss the use of ultrasound and CT in musculoskeletal imaging.
• Review normal MSK variations and important pathological entities in the pediatric age group.
• Discuss up-to-date regarding state-of-the-art musculoskeletal concepts and pathological entities.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
This course is designed for radiologists, sports medicine clinicians, orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists who wish to update their skills in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions.
ACCREDITATION:
The International Institute for Continuing Medical Education, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
DESIGNATION STATEMENT:
The International Institute for Continuing Medical Education, Inc. designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.5 AMA PRA Category 1™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

FEES:
The fee for MSK: Hot Topics and Burning Issues by the Beach (Thursday - Sunday, March 24 - 27, 2011) is $850 for physicians if your registration is postmarked by February 24, 2011. After that date, the fee is $895.
For Residents, Fellows, Military and Retired the fee is $750 or $795 if your registration is postmarked after February 24, 2011.
For Technologists the fee is $650 or $695 if your registration is postmarked after February 24, 2011.
A letter of verification from the Department Chairman must accompany the application of anyone wishing to qualify for the reduced rate. Enrollment will be confirmed on the basis of registration fee. We do not process registration without payment. We cannot guarantee course materials on site for a registration received after February 24, 2011.
REFUNDS: Cancellations received in writing by February 24, 2011, will receive a refund minus a $75 handling fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that time.
Registration : Registration will take place on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. in the foyer of the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive registration confirmation via regular mail from the International Institute of Continuing Medical Education, Inc. approximately two weeks after your registration is received. Sorry, we are unable to confirm your registration by fax or email.
