Event Description
Mammography, you either love it or you hate it! It can be overwhelmingly demanding and stressful, but it also has rewards like no other modality. This course will provide a birdseye view of the accreditation reviewer's strict image critique to recognizing and correcting positioning deficiencies. We will also take an in-depth look at what happens when implants go bad, as well as cover many medical legal issues. Multiple examples of challenging and interesting cases and treatment plans regarding breast pathology will also be covered. The course will end with a wild ride into mammographers burnout and the rewards of our profession which will leave you with a renewed passion and the strategies to keep focused even in difficult times.
