Description:
Despite the technological advancements in medical imaging, the chest X-ray remains the most frequently requested radiological investigation, and one of, if not the most difficult to interpret correctly. Our 'Combined Chest X-Ray and Emergency X-Ray Interpretation' course provides a comprehensive review of the fundamental principles in chest and emergency X-ray interpretation. Interactive multimedia small live group sessions are undertaken between lectures. The goal of the course is to provide practitioners with the confidence to recognise a normal chest X-ray, common patterns of disease and to recognise radiographic patterns of trauma and injury commonly encountered for each body area.
