Description:
This course will include in-depth topics related to advanced breast imaging and cross-sectional abdomino-pelvic imaging. State-of-the-art topics will include: breast MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging, breast specific Gamma imaging, tomosynthesis, mammography, breast ultrasound, and biopsy and liver MRI.

In addition, pelvic sonography guidelines and pearlys for hernia evaluation will be covered. We will also be holding sessions on radiation safety in breast and abdomino-pelvic imaging and departmental quality assurance.
