Blended Introduction to Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (Online Course + Hands-On Workshop)

The Blended Introduction to Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Course is taught by leading MSK ultrasound experts. This program combines 8 months access to a comprehensive online course and 2 full days of hands on scanning designed to reinforce and improve scanning skills for introductory musculoskeletal ultrasound applications. The extensive hands-on scanning workshops feature a 3:1 ratio with live models and inanimate phantoms for a realistic training experience and to improve scanning proficiency.

Objectives

1. Increase knowledge and skills to perform ultrasound examinations (specific exams based on specialty track selected).
2. Demonstrate appropriate scan techniques and protocols for performing ultrasound examinations.
3. Improve scanning skills and increase diagnostic confidence.
4. Perform examinations under supervised conditions to help fulfill credentialing and/or individual certification requirements
