Held annually in New York City, the Best of the Big Apple OB-GYN Ultrasound conference is an accredited three day exploration of the most relevant and up-do-date OB-GYN Ultrasound information.  This course is designed for Radiologists, OB-GYNs and Sonographers who require honed ultrasound skills to manage complicated cases.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this conference, the participant will be able to:

• Improve skills in diagnosis of early pregnancy

• Improve skills in assessing maternal pelvic structures, including uterus and ovaries in the pregnant and non-pregnant patient

• Understand the expanding role of ultrasound in assessing pelvic blood flow with gynecologic pathology

• Utilize correctly the newest ultrasound techniques in the management of multiple pregnancies

• Describe the role and essential components of a complete fetal GI Tract and Genitourinary Evaluation

• Identify normal and abnormal placental attachment as well as cord location

• Incorporate state-of-the-art practices in prenatal genetic screening into practice

• Improve skills in fetal cardiac diagnosis

• Recognize important coding and billing issues affecting the practice of obstetrical and gynecological imaging
