Group rates for this meeting: Garden single/double US$270, Ocean View single/double US$290, Premium Ocean View single-double US$320, Premium Deluxe Ocean View single/double US$340. These rates are in effect until February 21, 2011 or until room block is filled and are subject to applicable local taxes (13%). Subject to availability, rooms can be reserved at this rate for three days before and three days after the meeting dates.
There is no extra fee for children under 12 years of age when sharing with parents. Charge per 3rd and 4th person in a room is US$31 each. Rate includes full American breakfast for two at La Vista Restaurant. There is a $5.00 per person roundtrip beilman gratuity and a $2.00 per room, per day housekeeping gratuity that will be added directly to each individual folio. A one night's deposit plus taxes is required.

Course Description - This course is an intensive review and update of musculoskeletal MR imaging techniques. The faculty will review the current status of imaging specialized anatomic areas such as the knee, wrist, shoulder, spine, foot and ankle. They will discuss the design and imple-mention of musculoskeletal imaging protocols. This will provide an excellent opportunity for the practicing radiologist to review the current imaging proce¬dures as well as expose them to the newest procedures and modalities being used.

Accreditation - The Duke University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to pro¬vide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation - The Duke University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of \%AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Registration fee is $800 until 30 days prior to the first day of the meeting. After that date, there is a $75 late fee. Written cancellation needs to be received at least 3 days prior to the first day of the meeting to receive a refund. A $100 administrative fee for cancellation will be charged.
