64 slice with very sharp clarity .what was the lesion pathologically

Dear Dr Erik thanks for the answer, we are having the same equipment in a private hospital and a colleague, Dr DjavadRashid, also a member of radRounds with my encouragement, is working with it but i am not sure about the sofware they use i should ask him about it. Anyhow thanx for your explanation.

yes we use the 64slice MDCT (Siemens Sensation), images were processed on the Syngo workstation with latest software allowing panoramic view, colored faecal tagging in 3D and so-called "polyp lens" giving a color code to the lesion depending on it's density.

Is your equipment 64 slices MDCT? Image is very sharp in 3D.
