CTA Heart & Aortic Arch - Ascending Aortic Aneurysm

This is a CT angiogram of the coronary arteries & aortic arch. Notice the white specks in the coronary arteries. That represents plaque in the coronary arteries. Also, notice the rather large 5 cm ascending aortic aneurism. This was done on a 64 slice GE VCT scanner. Total acquisition time was 6 seconds.
