You'd do very well at UCSF, Stanford is a good program too from what I hear. We have a high volume of high-end neuro cases at UCSF with faculty that are easy to get along with, research time, etc that is good especially if you're interested in academics- email me christopher.hess@radiology.ucsf.edu if you have any specific questions.
