Nyaya Health publishes article on the deployment of radiology services in resource poor settings in Globalization and Health
Nyaya Health's team recently published "Turning a blind eye: The mobilization of radiology services in resource-poor regions" in the journal Globalization and Health. The article discusses the scarce access and usage of diagnostic imaging in resource-poor settings, and outlines a need to scale up both the ultrasound and X - ray services in such settings. We hope this article will bring into perspective the role of diagnostic imaging in resource-poor settings and offer insight to the global health field. Nyaya would like to thank our colleagues and supporters for their ongoing encouragement and the significant collaboration that went into the research and implementation of our own diagnostic imaging services in Achham.
