Dr. Horsley is also the owner and key Radiologist for Olean Open MRI & CT, an outpatient imaging center in Olean, NY which specializes in providing exceptional imaging, Radiology interpretation and customer service. The facility offer imaging in MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Bone Density, Mammography, X-ray and PET SCAN.
