Cross sectional anatomy scanning using radiation through CT Scan equipment. Dispense IV injection through the use power injector. Assist in biopsies, drainages, aspirations, ablation, angiography and many more special procedures that needed CT Scan guidance.

-I had been working in a 900+ bed tertiary trauma center for more than 25 years.
-Perform CT examinations according to protocol, ie head, neck, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis.
-Give oral and IV contrast as needed for desired exams.
-Operates independently without direct supervision.
-Provide CT studies for doctors to use in diagnosis & treatment of a wide variety of defects and diseases.
-Registered radiologic technologist, CT board eligible.

While my primary responsibility is to be a CT Scan Technologist, I do relieve the secretary & perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, answering the phones, taking messages as needed. Assist in procedures, set up sterile tray for the procedure. Maintain sterile technique throughout.
