Investigating etiology Secondary Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome as being part of neurological disorder marked by reduced cortical density in FGID patients causing dysmotility along with duodenal hypotonia and encourage obstruction/compression syndromes like SMAS, MALS, CIP, Transient Malrotation and several kinds of neurological, autoimmune disorders, endocrine disorders and secondary conditions to malnutrition and malabsorption.
The patient is my spouse and father to a two year old girl and has seen no relief since his duodenojejunostomy and his family and I are doing all we can to find answers
