I dont think so but the asking rate for radiology in private colleges is that much.Only people for whom money doesnt matter or those stinking rich people who want a degree just for a show or status may opt for such a foolish thing. Any way this is the reality and as long as people pay the management will ask more.This is the sad state of affairs of PG medical education in india.
