Joseph is founder and president of Inner View Strategies, LLC, a retained business development firm, specializing in the development of new ideas, ventures, and people within an organization. Inner View Strategies provides firms intraprenurial and entreprenurial support as they look at building business adjacenies within their organizations. Since 1994 Joe has been helping healthcare institutions as well as private sector business leaders in creating new service lines improving their top line growth. Joseph has a passion for business development and is widely respected for a reputation built on high standards and ethical principles, deep expertise and exceptional client service.

Joseph was a founding pioneer of Medical Imaging Management, LLC and The Vein and Laser Center of Northern Colorado, hired by Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants, PC. which is a large radiology practice, to facilitate development of these two new service lines. For over 17 years, he served in several key business development and senior leadership roles. As a business adviser, he designed and directed business strategies for physicians and C level business executives. Joseph has also served as an adviser for IT systems selection as it pertains to the health care enterprise and best practices at University of Colorado Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, Integrated Diagnostic Centers, and AMIC. He consistently achieved levels of exceptional performance and has been recognized for his leadership and out of the box thinking related to business development strategies.

Prior to starting Inner View Strategies, LLC, Joseph has worked at Poudre Valley Health Systems in management providing support for , leadership and technical assignments.
