Systematic examinations and analyses of the organization, coordination, economic efficiency and quality of the medical care and resources- financial, material and human. Demonstrate a level of competency in employment, training, assessment and motivation of medical and other health care professionals. Monitor and adjust work department and responsible for the safe use and maintenance of equipment. Creating budgets and their control. Review, develop and write protocols with a view to improving service planning with the department manager.
