Craniopharyngioma in child

Child with supra-sellar mass.
Craniopharyngioma has two peaks [childhood and elderly].
Calcification is seen in 90% of child cases; 10% in adult cases.
Usually lobulated mass with cystic element. Heterogeneous enhancement.
