Dear Dr Mirchi it looks like Zenker's diverticulum but as mentioned down this page it is a plain film: a swallowed stone by a mentally ill patient. Thanx for comment.

Swallowed stone by a mentally ill patient simulates Zenker's diverticulum. Please notice No 2 with barium inges.
