Thank you very much Drs Wael and Niknejad for your appreciation. These were posted replyin a friend from the States who had a problem concerning Chilaiditi syndrome thinking that it is associated with volvulus of the transverse colon, so i promised to upload the transverse colon volvulus for him. To add some description for Dr Wael:

 There are two types of the cecal volvulus, one being hinged type and cecum is turned upwards showing ileo-cecal valve ( marked on the film) on the right side. The other one shows cecum under left hemidiaphragm, taking appendix with it on the left upper quadrant ( merked in the film). To confirm the volvulus i found to do barium enema, as the best way, to see where is the bird's beak formed. In this picture barium is coming up to the cecal neck and cecum itself, distended, lies under left hemidiaphragm. Hope this would explain the matter for dear Dr Wael.

Thanks for the extremely teaching cases but i prefer some brief description....i'm not GIT radiologist!!!

As i said before...easy for you is not easy for us!!!
