Note the bilateral sacro-iliitis and shiny anterior vertebral corners (arrows) indicative of enthesopathy. This was young male with low back pain. Ank spon is the most common seronegative spondyloarthropathy which are bone forming rather than erosive seropositive spondyloarthropathy.
