Chest radiograph of a 68-year-old man with chronic dyspnea shows diffuse reticular opacities with peripheral and basal predominance (red stars). The lung volumes are normal. Note that the heart border looks 'shaggy irregular'. Diagnosis is UIP (Usual Interstitial Pneumonia).
