Rupture of the skene's glands cysts never shows soft neck of the diverticulum which is like other diverticula always regular. Thanks for triggering discussion.

Occasionally skene's glands cysts may rupture into the urethral lumen and remain as an outpouching , can we differentiated from urethral diverticulum at this presentation?
